Sally Garratt

Sally Garratt is a strategic Chief Executive with extensive experience across education, skills and workforce development. As CEO of Petty Pool Trust, she leads a specialist third sector organisation supporting neurodivergent and disadvantaged groups into employment and independent lives.

She brings strong expertise in organisational strategy, governance and HR, with a proven track record of delivering inclusive, employer-led services across Further Education and custodial education settings. Sally has significant experience of cross-sector partnership working with employers, commissioners and public services, and offers the Board a clear understanding of skills pipelines, inclusion and workforce development, alongside the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes that drive economic growth and social value.
